About the event
This newly formed group brings together four experienced and well-regarded improvisers with distinct voices, varied musical backgrounds, and a deep listening sensibility. Rooted in jazz but drawing on a wide range of musical traditions—from funk and classical to free improvisation—they balance spontaneity and structure with character and groove. Their repertoire centres on original compositions, with influences drawn from the music of Chick Corea, Jan Garbarek, Charlie Haden, and Stevie Wonder, among others.
